I was watching a video on youtube the other day and it was about bad neighbours. I thought you might be interested because maybe you have bad neighbours too.
The video shows people who shout at their neighbours and do terrible things to them. Basically it shows how to act in such a situation. It is also mentioned which things are okay to do in your neighbourhood and which things not. What shocked me most was that people could be so annoying and disrespectable to their neighbours. I agree when people say that bad neighbours are a 'no-go'. I am not sure what 'perfect' neighbours should be like but I think they should be at least peacefully and friendly.
In my opinion there is no perfect neighbour and sometimes it is okay to celebrate a little party with music but it shouldn't be standard in the neighbourhood. That would be really disturbing. People should be outgoing and friendly.
I am very happy with my neighbourhood because they are always friendly. There is only one neighbour who is a little bit disturbing sometimes when he plays on his accordion all day long. But I don't really care because everybody has his hobbys.
